About Lightning Capital House Buyers:

With a 4.9-star rating and BBB accreditation, we pride ourselves on treating homeowners with integrity while closing deals lightning-fast (offers in 60 minutes or less). Now, we’re looking for top-tier closers to join our team and help distressed sellers while earning big.
The Opportunity:
As a Remote Real Estate Lead Specialist, you’ll be the voice of Lightning Capital, turning new and old leads into swarm appointments for closers over the phone. If you’re a proven sales pro who loves to create rapport with callers, collect information, and gauge motivation to sell—this is your shot. No real estate license needed!
What You’ll Do:
You will be on the phone talking to potential clients for hours on end everyday
Follow up and nurture old leads in our database.
Hunting for new leads via cold calling, texting and emailing (platforms provided)
Create rapport with callers, collect information, and gauge motivation to sell (scripts provided).
Set appointments for the sales team.
Enter all information gathered into company CRM (database)
Track progress daily entering it into company scorecard.
Deliver high-quality customer service and represent the company with integrity.
A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. Guidelines, structure, and established policies should be followed closely.
Hit weekly quotas (e.g., 10+ appts/week) to unlock bonuses and maximize your earnings.
Who We’re Looking For:
Must be an active listener who can build excellent rapport with all personality types and who doesn't get discouraged by "No's" or difficult conversations with homeowners.
Must be a friendly and responsive team player with a strong sense of duty.
Must love the hunt for a sale, be accustomed to rejection and are able maneuver through difficult callers and situations.
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deadlines.
Must be a self starter who values/prioritizes professional and personal growth.
Real Estate Bonus: Familiarity with property repairs, foreclosures, or wholesaling is a plus, but not required.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, google suite and remote work setups (we’ll provide the rest).
Home Office: Dedicated workspace without any interruptions; separate desk, chair, newer fast working computer, noise cancelling headset, dual monitors

$24,000+ Earning Potential: Competitive Base ($8K-$12K) + $12K+ uncapped commissions.
